Cancellation Policy

All cancellations need at least 12 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you lose your paid-for class. If the teacher cancels with less than 12 hours notice, you get a free class. If a lesson is canceled because of technical issues (i.e. the Internet is down), the student can reschedule the lesson or a part of the lesson. The teacher and the student can be 5-10 minutes late if they notify each other about it. The lesson will finish with the delay.
